iPad’s name is linked to feminine hygiene products, and it has been named as the ‘iPeriod,’ ‘iMaxipad,’ ‘iTampon,’ ‘iPadWithWings,’ what else? 
2. No Multitasking
The lack of multitasking on the iPad has been a biggest flaw. You can’t to listen to music while you edit your photos.
3. No Camera
Surprisingly there is no camera on the iPad. So no video chatting, tweeting Twitpics, and capturing photos with the iPad.
4. No USB Port
You can’t transfer your files between the iPad and other devices as the new Apple Tablet doesn’t include a USB port.
5. No Flash Player
The iPad doesn’t support Flash player, it means you can’t connect to sites like Disney, Hulu, ESPN, Farmville, or Yahoo video, and won’t have access to certain Flash-based online games.
6. Too Expensive
iPAd is very expensive, tarts at $499 for a 16GB model, whereas people had guessed it would begin at $1000. Still very expensive.
