There are many bugs addressed at forums and blogs, today I came across yet another bug in Windows 7. I think Windows 7 is buggy too 
. There is another issue addressed on Technet forums.
There is a bug in compatibility mode of Windows 7 64 Bit, that scanner and printer doesn’t seems to work in this version. This issue was posted by a user named rhendricks, he said that his printers doesn’t worked even after 4 weeks of endless try.
He found no solution for this issue, even after contacting the support for the scanners. HP techs here and at HP know that their software does not work on the Windows 7 and are all sending us in circles and to me this is lying.
There is no solution after contacting with 9 techs at HP and at least 15 at Dell and 1 at Microsoft whom worked for an hour.
There are more issues he addressed, one of them is that Windows 7 is not allowing to scan the whole computer
