Yes folks, there is yet another sad news for Facebook users, that Koobface is back again, this ugly malware is targeting Facebook users with its new ugliest approach to trick users.

New emails are spread by the Koobface hackers, this worm targets the PCs of different users, these email comes from unknown users, this was unveiled by researchers at ESET.
The latest Koobface trick is to send messages to Facebook users, this message contains a link to play videos containing sexual content, and the link in the emails directs the users to download a video codec in order to see the adult content. Now here comes the Koobface’s trick, instead of video codec, this link downloads the Koobface malware to infect the victim.
After the malware is downloaded to the PC, it starts sending the malicious and unethical messages to all of the contacts of the victim.
Moral of the story is that Koobface is still dangerous and very dangerous, developers of Koobface are constantly working on new ideas to fool the users, and made them click on the malicious links. Now what you have to do? Of course you have to protect yourself from Koobface. Just don’t consider any unknown email or unknown message, from any user. Keep your antivirus software up-to-date.
