Have you ever thought of running Android 2.2 on your HTC HD2? I definitely think so, just because Android OS is just more than anything to me. Now it is possible to install the Google’s mobile OS on your dashing smartphone by HTC.

This was made possible by some curious XDA Developers, once again they hacked HTC HD2 to run Android 2.2 on it. Developers used the NAND ROM for that purpose. You should keep in mind that the HD2 natively runs the Windows Phone 6.5 which is not even closer to Android.
Whole process of the hack is there at the XDA Developers website you can see the steps in the link given at the end of the post. As I said that developers used the NAND ROM to run the Android on the discussed smartphone, NAND ROM allow users to install Google OS on the internal memory of their device, if any user can do it then just imagine how easy it is to install.
