When we started Worst Tech! we reported a hack which enabled FM Radio on Motorola Cliq. Today we are reporting yet another hack which enables FM Radio on the greatest Motorola Droid 2.
This news is great for the Droid fans out there, this hack has several steps to follow. It takes the advantage of Droid 2’s FM receiver which was disabled by the makers of this smart-phone. Guys at the XDA-Developers forums has performed and posted this hack. You just need to root your Droid 2, shuffle some files to other folders and you are done. Then you can enjoy FM Radio via an Android app. Attach a piece of headphone to your handset and enjoy listening your favorite Radio channels.
This means that Droid 2 will officially come with FM Radio in its next version, I hope so!
