Yesterday Chronic Dev Team gave us the release date of Greenpois0n jailbreak. Today I was going through the Twitter updates of p0sixninja, there I saw his Tweets mentioning that Greenpois0n is delayed. There are reasons for the delay. First one is the release of Geohot’s Limera1n. Second is that the Greenpois0n is not yet ready.
Chronic Dev Team is still not sure about the jailbreak. They are still confused whether to release Greenpois0n or not. Guys at Chronic Dev Team are looking for some other alternatives. Dev Team has two alternatives in hand, one is to burn another bootrom exploit other option is to implement the Geohot’s exploit.
P0sixninja also mentioned that Geohot has stolen their bootrom exploit, just to release his jailbreak first. According to the Chronic Dev Team, Geohot is using an unstable and untether version of the jailbreak.
P0sixninja and all Chronic Dev Team members are shocked at Geohot. They are still complaining about the act he has done. Personally speaking, Geohot should have done something in ethical manner, he could have given a chance to Chronic Dev Team members to release their jailbreak first. According to P0sixninja comex gave him the exploit and it was decided that Limera1n will be released after the Greenpois0n but it wasn’t the case.
Geohot ditched Chronic Dev Team, now Greenpois0n is delayed again, we have to wait for the guys to set a new release date for the all new and ultimate Greenpois0n jailbreak. Chronic Dev Team members said yesterday that they are not going to change the release date of Greenpois0n. Just today they are changing it and rightly so!
