Earlier, the iPhone Dev Team unveiled how to Jailbreak on iPhone 4.0 Firmware beta within 24 hours of its availability, at that time the tool wasn’t made public and now it is at your reach. Redsn0w 0.9.5 makes use of the bootrom-level DFU exploit published by the iPhone Dev Team.
The only limitation of the of Redsn0w 0.9.5 is that it only with iPhone 3G on Mac. Still no support for the iPhone 3GS, iPod Touch 2G or iPod Touch 3G, but I hope that iPhone Dev Team will support iPod and iPhone 3GS jailbreak very soon.
