The story began when the jailbreaking was made legal and users were allowed to jailbreak their iDevices in a legal manner. This was declared way back in July 2010, when Library of Congress declared the legality of iDevices.

Of course, Apple didn’t accept the legality of jailbreaking of iDevices, and said that even if the jailbreaking is made legal it still voids the warranty of your devices. Now, after six months, Apple is requesting the federal government that jailbreaking of iOS devices should be made illegal. I think Apple is saying so because hackers and jailbreakers are able to unlock and jailbreak each and every version of iOS. According to the company, jailbreaking their devices violates the copyrights of the bootloader and OS itself.
Let’s see what the government decides, but the users definitely wants government to give the decision in their favor. We all have to wait, stay tuned to Worst Tech by following us at Twitter and Facebook on the latest critics about the technology.
