As the title suggests, T-Mobile from Netherlands is offering unlocked iPhones. You will be able to get unlocked iPhone from the 1st of February. This offer is only for the citizens of Netherlands. Customers of T-Mobile can now buy an iPhone which is unlocked already and you don’t have to wait for any longer period. T-Mobile is offering the unlocked iPhone just because they are not the only distributors of Apple devices, this would not require the SIM lock.
What if you are from some other country? Well, we all have to wait for T-Mobile to offer unlocked iPhone for other countries like France etc. Anyways, if you are a citizen of Netherlands the you won’t require the jailbreak of the device, and factory unlocked iPhone don’t require all this mess. You will be able to use your device in other countries.
Make a note that Apple doesn’t sell factory unlocked iPhones, so T-Mobile is the first carrier in Netherlands to offer te unlocked iPhones.
