Windows 8? Where is it? Does it exists? If it doesn’t exist then from where did the information come? Why Microsoft is opposing the leaked information about Windows 8? From where did the folks get information about the next operating system from the company in Redmond? Does Microsoft leaked its information by themselves? I had all these questions in my mind before this post. Now what? I got all the answers and now you will would get them too.

Now! Shall we proceed? First of all let me tell you that I have collected this precious information from many blogs and from some reputable sources around the web.
Anyways, lets start with the leaked build overview. The number of the latest leaked build is 797, previously leaked build for Windows 8 was 796.
Now lets move on with the installation of Windows 8 and see the differences. Have a look at the screen shots below, you will definitely notice the differences from the previous Windows 7.

As seen in the above screenshots, the moment Windows 8’s installation is started it will first check compatibility with the previous OS i.e. Windows 7. Then the setup will proceed with the installation of new OS from Microsoft. You must also have noticed that the year of release for Windows 8 is 2012.
Now as we are done with the installation have a look at the screenshot below,

You can easily see the difference from Windows 7, whenever the updates are installed to Windows 8 it will ask you if restart is required. Below is another screenshot from another source, which says that the task-bar will have a picture of the user who is currently logged in.

By looking at the screenshots above we can clearly see major differences in Windows 8 from the previously succeeded Windows 7.
Another major difference in Windows 8 will be that it will show the icon and progress of the driver which is to be installed below is the screenshot which depicts this statement. Screenshot below also shows that Windows 8 will have IE9 integrated with it.

Another difference we can clearly see that the language bar is now located next to clock plus it has first three letters of the language instead of two.

Aero-lite interface has also been changed as it can be seen below. There is a new interface for basic aerolite settings. Now it has Windows 7 basics along with Windows 95 basics.

What about the languages in next OS from Microsoft? Well, you can imagine how many languages Windows 8 would be supporting as Languages are sorted alphabetically but you can group by region as well.

Computer management has undergone some notable changes which can be seen below. You can also restore factory settings in Windows 8.

After the installation is done a pop up appears and you can see the Windows 8 logo, plus product key is mandatory in Windows 8.

Moreover, here is the best part of Windows 8, there is no blue screen of death in Windows 8, Microsoft has replaced the screen of death with the black screen of death.

.NET framework 4.0 is automatically integrated in Windows 8. Control windows has also been changed in Windows 8. You can see two screenshots below, first one is showing the integration of .NET framework 4.0 and next one is obviously of control windows.

Microsoft would like to change the interface of the search window, in Windows 8 we can see the suggested places to be searched. Just below the search results you can see the suggested places where you may search in.

Last but not the least, As we know windows 7 seems to occupy too much space so some of you might be wondering that what would be the image size of the typical Windows 8 installation, yes it is 2.73GB – Quite large (for some of us), but yes Windows 8 seems awesome.

To put it short, I must say that Windows 8 would be enhancement of currently running Windows 7. We will see some of the innovations in upcoming version of the OS. Best part of the Windows 8 would be that it will have a new ribbon interface which will be there in Windows Explorer. Next OS from Microsoft is still in its beginning and we can expect much more innovative things coming in the OS.
