For the past couple of weeks we are focusing on some of worst tech products of the year 2010, but today I will focus on some of worst performing companies of this year. This analysis is exclusively provided by The Atlantic. They have analyzed the performance of more than fifteen tech companies and they found out the following analysis.

worst-tech-company-performance

As you can see in the above screenshot that the companies like Baidu, Apple, Amazon, Oracle, Sony, Nintendo, eBay, Nasdaq, IBM and AOL performed great this year. The only reason for these companies that they produced some good products and they got a great a revenue with great consumer support. Just for example we saw that Apple launched iPhone 4 and the product was awesome despite of some bugs. Amzaon launched Kindle which changed the way of reading e-books.

Now coming towards the worst performing companies of the year 2010. As always, Microsoft also stood among the worst performing companies of the year and lost almost 10% of the share. Adobe is also one of worst performing companies of the year along with HP and Nokia. HP lost its shared just because of its Slate there are other factors as well. Nokia just couldn’t get on with race of the smartphones. So, I must say that Nokia is the worst performing company of  the current year. Nokia should come up with something different and impressive to win the race of smartphones, but it seems very hard that Nokia could beat HTC or Apple.
