An open question to Facebook! Who gave you an idea to launch a new pathetic and stupid chat, I think it is worst than before. I am not the only one saying this, more than 96% (13,023 people out of 13,539) of the Facebook users think so. I think board of directors had a mutual decision to launch this bad chat sidebar for the users. I think Facebook team is shattered by the launch and success of Google Plus.
Why am I using harsh words for Facebook? Well, this new chat window is just very weird it nudges the whole screen, you can’t scroll the list, there is no minimize option, there is no cross button there is nothing to praise this new chat window. Previous chat windows was better than anything, people are moving towards greater and better solutions but developers there at Facebook are just trying to present and implement pathetic and worst possible solutions (new chat window is one of them).
As you can clearly see the screenshot above, I can’t see any minimize, cross or sort button. Well, to put it short Facebook just messed up the chat window, I don’t have words to express my hate and anger. There is no customization in the chat list and as I said there is no rollback or minimize option.
Now as I said earlier, more than 96% od the users are hating the new Facebook chat, below is the proof. Amplicate has voted more than 13,500 users and almost 13,000 had a negative opinion for the new Facebook chat window.
Conclusion of this post is that, Facebook has just made a failed attempt to present a not so cool idea to the users. Facebook has just screwed chat system.
