Are you hacked? Today I have decided to tell you people that “how to avoid getting hacked”. There are on going online phishing attacks. Year 2010 and end of year 2009 gave rise to phishing attacks on social networking sites. Just weeks ago, Twitter was hit with three phishing scams in a week.

Follow these tips to keep your accounts safe
Do Not Try Any Fake Login Screens: If you are logged in any social-networking site, you will only asked to sign in again if you logged out. So, if you are already logged in to any social networking site like Facebook, Twitter or any other site, try not to login again if asked.
Try Not To Read Irrelevant E-mails: If you are asked to reply to “banking institution” with account login information, you should be clear enough to know that this email is fake. Try your best to avoid emails from unknown users.
Reset Your Passwords Regularly: Make sure your passwords are not guessable, and try to change them every few months, try to make your password strong by including capital letters, numbers and special characters.
Scammers Are Not Afraid To Call You: If you are asked to give your information to any person who contacted you, get his or her name and employee ID number first, then you should proceed any further discussion!
