It has been reportedly said that hackers have hacked IMF. Yes, now the international funding organizations are now being a target of the cyber criminals. Last night, International Monetary Fund became a victim of a hacker attack and it was initiated by some unknown hackers. Last night’s attack has taken down many systems of IMF.

Main and the only reason of the hacker attack is the resignation of its president. Sources also told us that hacking attack may be because of the arrest of Strauss-Kahn. Just before this incident took place, employees were warned to stay safe and they were advised not to click rogue and unknown links, employees were also asked to stay away from the emails of unknown senders. Those security advises also warned employees to stay from suspicious video links as well. Sources also said that this attack is the one who brought down the RSA.

Personally speaking, I have seen more than five cyber attacks in recent weeks. Starting from Sony, then the PS3 attack, then we heard about the Citibank attack, L3 Communications was the victim of cyber crooks, Lockheed Martin was targeted as well, the RSA was also a victim of the cyber attack and now the IMF! What is going on? Who is responsible of these attacks? Government and security organizations are not able to identify the hackers.

To put it short I must say that life was secure when there was no security. We are going towards more secure systems day by day at the same time we are facing more cyber attacks. Isn’t it another worst aspect of technological advancement?
